Ideas
Comic reading roulette. Draw a character and read their first appearance or a classic run – a great way to get into Marvel comics without deciding where to start.
Who would win? Draw two characters and debate the fight. Bonus points for using real comic feats as evidence.
Fan art and cosplay. Redesign a random character in a new costume, or pick a lesser-known hero for your next cosplay.
Team builder. Draw five names and invent the story that brings this unlikely team together.
How to use it

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Marvel generator based on the comics or the MCU?
The comics, which have a much bigger cast. Most of the names also appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sony's Spider-Man films, X-Men movies or animated series, so the list works for movie fans too.
Which groups can I pick from?
Avengers, X-Men & mutants, Spider-Man family, Cosmic heroes & Guardians of the Galaxy, Fantastic Four & street-level heroes, and Villains. Choose All to mix everyone together.
How do I set up a random hero vs villain fight?
Generate one character from a hero group, then one from Villains. Or draw two from All and let the chips fall – Squirrel Girl versus Galactus is canonically winnable.
Can I use it for Marvel Snap or Marvel Rivals?
Yes. Draw a random character and build a Marvel Snap deck around them, or pick your next Marvel Rivals main. Characters that are not in a game yet can simply be rerolled.
