JoJo Stand Generator
Awaken your fighting spirit! The JoJo Stand Generator creates an original Stand for you – a music-inspired name, a bizarre ability and a full A–E stat sheet – or picks a canon Stand and its user from Parts 3 to 8 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Two modes
Original Stand. You get something like:
「Seven Nation Army」 – Swaps the positions of any two objects the user has touched. Power: B · Speed: A · Range: C · Durability: D · Precision: B · Potential: A
The name comes from a list of real songs and bands that haven't been used as official Stand names, the ability is drawn from more than 30 weird and wonderful powers, and every stat is rolled from A to E.
Canon Stand. Draw a real Stand with its user, optionally limited to one part:
- Part 3: Stardust Crusaders – Star Platinum, Magician's Red, Hierophant Green, Silver Chariot, The World.
- Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable – Crazy Diamond, Echoes, Heaven's Door, Killer Queen.
- Part 5: Golden Wind – Gold Experience, Sticky Fingers, Sex Pistols, King Crimson.
- Part 6: Stone Ocean – Stone Free, Weather Report, Whitesnake, Made in Heaven.
- Part 7: Steel Ball Run – Tusk, Ball Breaker, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.
- Part 8: JoJolion – Soft & Wet, Paisley Park, Wonder of U.
What to do with your Stand
Fan art and OCs. Design what your Stand looks like and write the user who wields it. A low Range, high Power Stand begs for a close-quarters brawler.
Stand battles. Each friend generates a Stand, then you argue through a fight using only the rolled abilities and stats – the cleverest use of the ability wins, just like in the series.
Tabletop campaigns. Use original Stands as powers for players or villains in a JoJo-inspired RPG.
Results can be copied or downloaded as text. Everything is generated in your browser; this is a fan tool and not affiliated with Hirohiko Araki or Shueisha.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Stand in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?
A Stand is the visible manifestation of a person's fighting spirit, introduced in Part 3, Stardust Crusaders. Each Stand has a unique ability and is usually named after a song, band or album – Star Platinum, Killer Queen and King Crimson are famous examples.
How are the Stand stats read?
Like in the manga, each Stand is rated from A (very strong) to E (very weak) in Power, Speed, Range, Durability, Precision and Potential. A close-range Stand often has high Power and low Range; long-range Stands are usually the opposite.
Are the original Stand names real songs?
Yes – just like in the series, original Stands are named after real songs and bands, picked from ones that have not been used as canon Stand names, so your Stand feels authentic without clashing with an existing one.
Which canon Stands are included?
More than 100 Stands from Part 3 through Part 8, each with its user, from Star Platinum (Jotaro Kujo) and Crazy Diamond (Josuke Higashikata) to Gold Experience, Stone Free, Tusk and Soft & Wet.
